To all the family of Chic, I am so sorry for your
loss.  Chic was always a friend to me.  I have
several memories of the time I spent with him.

Dear Stephanie and family,

I share your loss this day. Please know that I have many many fond memories growing and learning with Chick as boys into adulthood.
I want to share a little bit with you about your Dad.
 We became fast friends when I moved to Sunset in the 5th grade.  I suppose it all started playing kick ball on the playground at recess and lunch. Then our many sandlot football, baseball & basketball games after school. (we didn't do our homework 1st either) But the most fun we had was the great 4 or 5 summers I had with Chick. (winters too)
I will never forget them or Chick. These are some our activities we did together along with Randy,Bill,Jeff,Jimmy,Kim,Doug,Rick,Tom and others...Fishing,Jug Fishing, Ice Fishing,Fly fishing, biking, bike jumping,dirt biking,Dirt track building, Tree climbing/falling,tree houses,forts,underground forts and tunnels, hedge ball fights,FIRE,rafts, Fireworks,boats,paddle boats,downhill go-carts(home made),slot cars,model cars and Estes Rockets, (I have a picture of Chick,Randy & I)
sleding,tobogganing,snow boarding,snow mobile,
rope swings,rope swing bike lake :),gold,golf katties,king of the hill, Dirt clod fights,horse spears,skate boarding,shate boarding bike rope,
sleep overs, kites on fishing poles,Sunset Hill CC outdoor movies, sneaking out, camping out backyards and woods, Halloween (ringing our last door bell together and getting yelled at cuz of age),pole vaulting, high jumping, helping babysit
your little brother Gary  and girls....

See I told you we had fun! 
I wish I had the energy now!

I knew Chick thirty years ago from Cat. We were friends with some of the same people, several hunted with him on our farm in San Jose. My condolences to his his family and friends for your loss.

On behalf of the Hibberd family, we want to extend our sincerest regrets on your loss.  We cherish the memories of our time spent with Chick.  We enjoyed hunting and fishing together. Chick was a fantastic individual.  We will all miss him, especially our brother George.  May God bless you and keep you during this time of healing.

To Chicks family.
I was so sorry to hear about Chick.
I only met Chick a few times, but he was a special person in my sister Jolene's life.
I lost my sister Jolene last week on Nov 7.
But I know in my heart that she would want me to send a tribute to Chick, as she would have if she were here.  Perhaps they are in heaven together, looking down on all of us.
My heart goes out to all of you, and my deepest sympathy.  God Bless.

I knew "Chick" with the Oberle,Harms,Hibberd,Orr, clans. We would gather after the big hunts,go to the Sunday Trap shoots, gather at the mackinaw river banks... God has reasons for taking our young, but we all know he's in a better place. We are left with empty hearts and memories.  God bless the family left behind. My prayers are with you all. You have my deepest sympathy.

Just remembering the good old days when I lived in Pekin.   Chick was a talented man, I still have one of the wood pieces that he made.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his daughter Stephanie, the little girl he loved so much and the remainder of his family and close friend.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  Chic was a great guy who loved his family so much.  You are all in my prayers.

Sue, you have my sympathy in the loss of Chick.  It's a comfort to know he is in a better place.  Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

For some reason God takes some of us too early, evidently he has his reasons. I only new Chic throu the eyes of my sister Vicky that loved him so very much. All I do know is that my heart goes out to all of his family and everyone that new and loved him. Anytime we lose a loved one it is very devasting and any kind of words just aren't enough. My prayers are with all of you.
