Christina Mudd

Born November 4, 1961 to Robert “Bob” and Myrna (Harms) Seitz in Pekin and was raised by her grandparents, Ralph Lloyd and Vivian “Marie” Seitz. She married William “Joe” Grugett in 1980. They divorced in 2004.

Surviving are two daughters, Monica (Ryan) Coleman and Lisa (Bobby Lee) Grugett, both of Pekin; two grandchildren, Landon Grugett and Maxwell Coleman, both of Pekin; one brother, Jeff (Joy) Seitz of Pekin; her boyfriend, Mike Keime of Pekin and one nephew, Corbin Seitz of The Woodlands, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Bob Seitz; her grandparents, Ralph and Marie Seitz, her aunt Janetta, and uncle Bill.

Tina worked as a physical therapist for Cobblestone Rehabilitation in Peoria for over 10 years.

She loved camping, cats and traveling. Her favorite place to visit was Jamaica. She also enjoyed playing pool in various leagues, winning a national championship in 2006.

A gathering celebrating Tina’s life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 12 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no visitation.
