Diane Kay Rendleman

Born July 17, 1960 in Pekin to Gaylord “Jack” and Martha (Bailey) Garrard, she married Mark Kem Rendleman on November 7, 1980 in Pekin. He survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Deonna (Mark) Gossick of Pekin; one granddaughter, Merisa Gossick of Pekin; one grandson, Darion Gossick of Pekin; and two sisters, Donna Martell of Bartonville and Ellen (Jake) Lay of Tremont.

She was preceded in death by her parents and half-brother, Mike Garrard.

Diane worked at the Podiatry Arts Lab in Pekin, as a housekeeping manager at Pekin Manor, housekeeping at Timbercreek Rehab & Healthcare and managed Tazewell Animal Protective Society for many years.

She loved her family and was a dedicated grandmother, attending all of her grandchildren’s events.

Her visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. A private graveside service will be held at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
