Born June 17, 1945 in Kewanee to Ernest and Grace (Russell) Todd, she married Philip E. Thomas on April 6, 1963 in Pekin. He survives.
Also surviving are two sisters, Geraldine Haley of Lucerne Valley, California and Shirley Merritt of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister and two brothers.
She worked for Pekin Insurance for twenty-five years, retiring in February 2005 as the supervisor of marketing.
Donna enjoyed listening to music, dancing, traveling and painting. She loved her pets and people in general.
She was a member of Woodland Baptist Church in Peoria.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. The Rev. Bill Smith will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2007at the funeral home. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
