Born December 31, 1929 in Neelyville, Missouri to Charles and Bertha Smith. They preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her two sons, Lanneth and Kevin Gallion and eight brothers and sisters.
Surviving are her one son, Michael (Joyce) Gallion of Topeka; one daughter; Amy (Bob) Chapman of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; one brother, Raymond (Hazel) Smith of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; many grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She worked for Caterpillar INC. for many years.
A celebration of life for Dorothy will be held Saturday October 1, 2022 at Raymond Smiths in Poplar Bluff Missouri. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
