Born March 6, 1964 in Chicago to Frank Thomas and Elsie Mae (Watson) Stumpo, Sr., he married Suzanne Wade on February 20, 2004 in Fulton County.
He is survived by his wife of Peoria and one brother, Michael Paul Stumpo of Peoria.
Frank had last worked at Swise Towing in Canton several years ago as a mechanic.
He enjoyed working on cars and a cold beer.
A gathering celebrating Frank's life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
