

Born June 7, 1939 in Peoria to Roy Arthur and Irene Ina (Roath) Parshall, he married the love of his life, Connie Leach on November 7, 1959 in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are six children; Glenn (Nellie) Parshall Jr. of Arkansas, Mark Parshall of Peoria, John (Tanya) Parshall of Farmington, Lisa (Joel) Sorbel of Princeville, Jamie (Larry) Williams of Arizona, and Jeff (Cindy) Parshall of Mapleton; 24 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law, Rev. Coy Leach; mother-in-law, Flora Leach; and one brother, Roy Parshall.
He worked as a trucker for many years and retired from Caterpillar Inc.
Glenn enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors, fishing, traveling with his wife, watching NASCAR racing, puzzles and word searches. His children sent Glenn and Connie on a trip to remember to Branson, Missouri on their 50th wedding anniversary. He will be missed by all family and friends who knew him.
His memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 9600 North Broadway Street in Peoria (off North Galena Road, south of Mossville).
