Jacob D Clauson

MORTON ~ Jacob David Clauson, 21 day old son of Robert Scott and Joy Elizabeth (Armstrong) Clauson of Morton, passed away at 10:46 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, where he was born on May 6, 2014.

Also surviving are one sister, Rachel Elizabeth Clauson; one brother, Ryan Scott Clauson; grandparents, David and Carla Armstrong of East Peoria, Scott and Suzi Clauson of Macomb, and Donna and Wayne Marquardt of Mediapolis, Iowa; great-grandmother, Edna Weber of East Peoria; and three uncles, Douglas (Linda) Clauson of St. Charles, Missouri,Bryan (Holly) Clauson of Macomb, Doug Tabor of Peoria.

Jacob was preceded in death by his aunt, Sarah Tabor and a great-uncle, Tim Weber.

His funeral will be at 5 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014 at Eastside Bible Church, 1310 West Jefferson Street in Morton. Pastor Steve Weber, his great-uncle, will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be at Roberts Cemetery in Morton.

Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
