James L Lowe

Born July 3, 1965 in Peoria to Dean and Sandra Louise (Huskisson) Lowe, Sr., He married Robin Taylor on December 31, 1998 in Pekin.

Surviving are his mother, Sandra Jones of Pekin; three 3 brothers, Walter (Elaine) Lowe of Taft, California, Jerry (Tina) Lowe, and David (Ginger) Lowe, both of Pekin; a close friend, Richard Sheppard of Pekin; a special uncle, David Huskisson of Pekin; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; three step sons, Dustan (Chasity) Taylor, Joshua (Beth) Taylor, Robby (Mika) Horton, all of Pekin; two step-daughters, Nicole (Jacob) Moles of Springfield and Natasha (Leo) Ramales in New York; ten step-grandchildren.

James was preceded in death by his father; step-father, Larry Jones; his grandmother, 2 brothers; 2 nephews; and2 uncles.

James was his mother’s full time caregiver.

James enjoyed working on and going 4-wheeling in his truck. He loved his family and friends, who referred to him as a “wheeler –dealer”.

His memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin, where visitation will be one hour before the service.
