James Sisco

He was born December 20, 1972 in Bloomington to Arthur and Charlotte L. (Lappin) Sisco. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Surviving are his mother and step-father, Charlotte Lappin and Doug Zickafoose of Peoria; his father, Arthur Sisco of Colorado Springs, Colorado; one daughter, Bianca Sisco of Peoria; one son, Zachary Beckett of Topeka; two grandchildren, Jace Bohanan and Corbin Johnson; one brother, Aram Young of Peoria; his fiancé, Becky Osburne of Pekin; one nephew, Aryan Young and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including his best friends Casey and Darren, who refereed Jamie as “Poncho”.

Jamie had worked as a service tech for 25 years at East Peoria Tire & Vulcanizing, where he was known as the “Tire God”.

An avid Chicago Bulls, Bears and Cubs fan, Jamie also enjoyed playing video games.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services or visitation.

Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
