

PEKIN ~ Jason Alan Morgan, 39, of Pekin, passed away at 1:29 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Jason had an accidental fall and suffered a fatal head injury.
Born March 6, 1976 in Peoria, he was the son of James Curtis and Janice Ann (Beal) Morgan.
Surviving are his parents, Curt and Jan Morgan of rural Manito; one brother, Todd Morgan of Melbourne, Florida; and his girlfriend, Loretta Green of Pekin.
His grandparents preceded him in death.
Jason was a 1994 graduate of Pekin Community High School.
Jason worked in his family’s business, Pekin Alignment and Autobody as an auto body and alignment technician. He began working there at the age of 14.
An avid off-roader, Jason also loved working on cars, rock climbing, and 4-wheeling. He was always helping others, and will be greatly missed.
His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Pekin First Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. W. Lloyd Brock will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Pekin.
