Jeff was born August 12, 1962 in Peoria to Gene and Patricia (Johnson) Blake.
Surviving are his parents of South Pekin; his grandmother, Opal Johnson of Pekin; 2 sisters, Rhonda (Dennis) Winn and Tracie ( Michael) Fabry, both of Pekin; 3 brothers, Russell (Vicky) Blake of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Bob (Kathleen) Blake of South Pekin, and Thomas (Tina) Blake of Noble, Oklahoma; and many nieces and nephews.
Jeff had worked for the City of Oklahoma City as a service representative for the water department for 15 years.
He had attended the Crossroads Full Gospel Church in rural Pekin.
Jeff was a die hard Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday at Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin. Rev. Greg Ristich will officiate.
