He was born November 21, 1949 in Pekin to Lester and Frances (Gray) Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents; one infant sister and one brother, Michael Taylor.
Surviving are one daughter, Tina (Tim) Harrison and two grandchildren, Taylor Mae Harrison and Travis James Harrison, both of Pekin.
Ken had worked as a self-employed painter and drywall finisher.
He enoyed watching NASCAR, working on cars, cooking and tinkering.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services or visitation.
