Born December 6, 1958 in Alton, she was the daughter of Rodney Lee and Frances Irene (Baxter) Bailey. Her parents preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by one sister, Victoria Bailey and two brothers, Brad Bailey and Todd Bailey.
She is survived by several friends whom she enjoyed lunch and shopping with.
Kimberly worked for AT&T as a directory assistance operator and retired in 2009 with 30 years of service.
Private graveside services will be held at Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey. Pastor John Plunkett will officiate. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
