Larry Goss

Born December 18, 1939 in Pekin to Edmund P. “Pete” and Lucille (Rakestraw) Goss, he married Diane Stolin on February 1, 1958 in Pekin. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Allen (Vickie) Goss of Pekin; two grandchildren, Nicole Grieco of Washington and Nick Kleiber of South Pekin; six great-grandchildren, Caleb and Carter Grieco, both of Washington, Skylar and Kendall Kleiber, both of South Pekin, Kingsley Goss and Daniel Diduik, both of Elmwood.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tammy Goss; one granddaughter, Tamara Goss; four brothers, Clifford, Melvin, Robert and Kenneth.

Larry was a former member of Second Reformed Church in Pekin.

He was a plasterer for 40 years, working out of the Cement Finishers and Plasterers Union #018 in Peoria.

Larry enjoyed fishing, golfing and bowling.

Private services will be held. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
