Surviving are one son, Kevin (Sharon) Fields of Portland, Oregon and two grandsons, Tyler & Jackson.
Mr. Fields last worked for Jolliff Transportation in East Peoria.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
