Lori A Mammen

She was born April 23, 1962 in Peoria to Lyle L. and Judy A. (Shoultz) Secrest.

Surviving are her mother, Judy Secrest of Pekin; her father and stepmother, Lyle and Debra Secrest of Pekin; one daughter, Ashley N. Mammen of Pekin; two sons, Dylan R. (Melissa Arnold) Mammen and Cody L. (Ashley Carter) Mammen, both of Pekin; three grandchildren, Makenna Mammen, Trip Mammen and Owen Mammen; one brother; Gregory A. Secrest of Los Angeles, CA; two sisters including her twin, Lisa L. Secrest of Pekin and Rachel L. (Matt) Fowler of Pekin; two stepbrothers, Jason (Betty) Porter and Jared Porter, both of Pekin; one niece, Sophia Fowler and one nephew, Noah Fowler.

Lori was preceded in death by one brother, Jeff Secrest on January 6, 2007 in Pekin.

Lori was the manager at Family Dollar in Pekin for 12 years. She previously worked 20 years for State Farm Insurance in Bloomington as a health claims adjuster at the Illinois regional office.

Lori was devoted to her grandkids, enjoyed crocheting and had an amazing work ethic. She was a people centered person that always thought of others first.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin.

Her funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 10, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin. Father Michael Andrejek will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Delavan.
