
She was born November 26, 1949 in Pekin to Norman S. Sr. and Dorothy M. (Kaebel) Andrae. Her parents; one brother, Norman Andrae, Jr.; one sister, Dolores Bradshaw and two nephews, Jon E. Bradshaw and James Andrae preceded her in death.
Surviving are two nephews, Roger (Debra) Bradshaw of Chatham and David Andrae of Pekin; one niece, Ellen (Mike) Kieswetter of Metamora; and many great nieces and nephews.
Marlene was in the adult program at the Community Workshop Training Center in Peoria for many years, where she learned independence and the importance of helping her community through contract packaging.
She attended Redeemer Special Church in Peoria for 30 years.
Her graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin. Pastor Roger Jeremiah will officiate. There will be no visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
