Patricia Lynn Dixon

Born June 14, 1954 in Pekin, she was a daughter of Paul Ryde and Mildred Louise (Hardin) Dixon.

Surviving are two daughters, Tina Dixon and Paula Jean Schaffer, both of Pekin; five grandchildren, Kiona Dixon, Kaylyn Swain, Zerandon Swain, Takoda Schaffer and Preston Davis; two great-grandchildren, Lincoln Morrison and Saphira Bachman; two sisters, Judy A. Dickson of Pekin and Barbara J. (Michael) Wells of Keller, Texas and two brothers, James R.(Mary) Dixon of Henderson, Nevada and Donald L. (Melinda) Dixon of Grant, Alabama and one brother-in-law, Gerald Pullen of Morton.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Dixon Hall; her father, Paul Dixon and one sister, Sandra J. Pullen.

Pat was an LPN at various nursing home throughout the Pekin area. She previously worked in OB/GYN Department at a Missouri hospital.

She had a love for horses and dogs. She also enjoyed fishing and taking pictures. Pat was proud to have raised 3 of her grandchildren to the age of maturity.

Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. No services are planned.
