

Born on June 22, 1955 in Wood River to Lloyd Joseph and Erma Jean (Merideth) Berkley, she married Wesley D. Jockisch on December 3, 1981 in Pekin. He died January 8, 2021. She also was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Donna Books and E. Lynn Peters.
Surviving are four children, Mary Kay (Rodney) Yetter of Havana, David (Nancy) Jockisch of Green Valley, Tracey Jockisch of Dunlap and Jamy (Christopher) Noreuil of Morton; nine grandchildren, Emilie Lusher, Ethan Williams, Victoria Noreuil, Dominic Noreuil, Jacob Yetter, Haley Gray, Aaron (Jolly) Plackett, Matthew Plackett and David Plackett; three great-grandchildren and one brother, Tony (Valorie Look) Berkley of Pekin.
She worked as an assembler at Key Industries until retiring when the plant closed in 2001.
Pati had a strong commitment to her church and community. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Pekin and generously gave of her time to help at the Miller Center run their Bingo games. Pati also volunteered at Pekin Manor and TCRC in Tremont and Morton, reflecting her caring and giving nature.
Pati enjoyed making crafts and was an avid player of card games and particularly enjoyed playing Bingo and Bunco. Her hobbies brought joy to her and those around her, showcasing her vibrant spirit and love for life.
Her memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin, where a visitation will be held one hour before the service. Pastor Sean Peters will officiate. Inurnment will follow the memorial service at Easton Cemetery in Easton.
Patricia Ann Jockisch will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and dedication will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have been a part of her life.
