

Born August 22, 1923 in Austin, Kentucky to Winford and Eulah (Durham) Wyatt, he married Wilma Jean Sudberry on September 17, 1950 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Brad E. Wyatt of Pekin; one grandson, Ric J. Wyatt of Bloomington; and one brother, Cleon (Joyce) Wyatt of Smiths Grove, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Deborah S. Wyatt on April 12, 1986.
A United States Navy veteran of World War II, he served from February 16, 1943 to January 21, 1946.
Paul worked for Keystone Steel and Wire Company in Bartonville for 32 ½ years, retiring in 1982 as an electrician in the steel mill.
He was a member of the William Schaefer American Legion Post #44 and was a former member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #916, both in Pekin.
Paul enjoyed watching basketball, playing golf, gardening, bowling, and working in his garage.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2007at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, where military rites will be accorded by the Inter-Veterans Burial Detail of Sangamon County. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel.
