He was born on September 16, 1950 in Pekin to Ora and Mary Denning, Jr.
Surviving are one sister, Linda (Earl) Lacey of Manito and Ora “Cliff” Denning III of Pekin and three nephews, Scott (Lisa) Clifton of South Pekin, Brian (Meera) Lacey and Brent (Lisa) Lacey, both of Santiago.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Peggy Clifton.
Ralph had worked at the American Distillery in Pekin, which was later, Midwest Grain and then Illinois Grain Producer for over 40 years, retiring in 2015.
He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and University of Illinois Basketball fan. He enjoyed bowling and had won the Brothers Bowling Tournament with Cliff.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Inurnment will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
