Robert Clarence Lloyd

Born August 17, 1963 to James H. and Helen H. (Marshall) Lloyd, he married Irma Llamas on July 15, 1992. She survives.

Also surviving are three children, Catherine (Dan) Oyer of Morton, Tina (Rob) Shaddock of Florida and Robert (Michelle) Lloyd, II of Pekin; 11 grandchildren, Austin, Mary, Nathaniel, Izzy, Gabriel, Nevaeh, Bobby, Leina, Wyatt, Logan and Kai; and one sister, Angel (Jeff) Boerger of Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother James Lloyd, II.

Robert is a United States Marine Veteran and was an explosive ordinance technician. He had worked at Witco in Mapleton for 12 years.

He loved to tinker and fix anything he could get his hands on. He also enjoyed wood carving and fishing.

A private gathering celebrating Robert’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
