OSAGE BEACH ~ Sandra Hilst, 60, of Osage Beach, Missouri, formerly of Pekin, Illinois, passed away at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. She was born on October 14, 1964 in Pekin the daughter of Eugene and Marilyn (Blackburn) Hilst.
She is survived by her son, James Hilst of Middleburg, Florida; three brothers, Ronald, Steve and Eddie Hilst all of Pekin.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and sister; Robert, Jerry and Diane.
She graduated from Pekin Community High School Class of 1982. Sandra worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later worked as a Real Estate Appraiser.
Her memorial service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Judy Doyle will officiate. Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
