Thank you so much for coming into and being a part of our lives! I couldn't have asked for a better stepdad! My mom's best friend; you always supported her and had her back in everything she did. Not ever once could anyone ever doubt you're loyalty and love for her and I appreciate that deeply! I am so sorry that we didn't get more time with you. Almost a week now and it still doesn't make sense or register. You are greatly missed and will be forever cherished!

I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed seeing Sandy during hunting season and through out the year with our neighboring farms. He was always a joy to be around, with a smile on his face. I will  Miss seeing the deer he shot and him shaming me with the amount of mushrooms he would find compared to me ;) … My family and I will be out of town next weekend or I would be at the funeral.  Deer season will not be the same . I will miss texting him during season. Praying for his family!!!

I wish we had more time together!! Thank you for creating such a beautiful daughter and family!! I’ll never forget Kristin was in Disney and I gave you a call one night asking you if I could ask Kristin to marry me!! I thought you would have given me a hard time about it but you said I had your permission!! I promise you I’ll take care of her. I wish I could see you one more time and shake your hand and tell you thank you for everything but not just shake your hand like you always thought I would do nope I made sure to give you a hug!! Im also thankful for you taking me and Josh to my first ever nascar race. It ended up in a rain delay and we were not sure if they would continue the race so we took the bus back to the hotel and you and Josh had to pee so bad you guys cut the tops of beer and soda cans and peed in them on the bus!! We went back and watched the race and watched Alex bowman win the race. My kids loved you I think more than you ever knew especially Keelie!! Kohen talked about you a lot as well!! Please watch over all of us!!! I’ll miss talking to you about football and nascar and seeing you at family events. This was not supposed to happen like this!! We love you sandy!!

Gone far too soon son. I miss the smile, the sound of your voice, when you would tell me I'm full of it,  and laugh at me when I'd get mad. Then I would have to prove to you I DID know what I was talking about. I will always love you.  Oh yeah, I'm sorry for the cigarette burn in the middle of your forehead when I picked you up from the playpen.  I should have quit smoking sooner. Love you son.

I've known you since you were a boy. Kind hearted,soft spoken, easy going kid that stood above others with a personality that will always will be remembered. There will  always be a void in my heart. These past few days have been good memories of time gone by. You will be missed by everyone who knew and loved you. I have prayed for you and your family and friends in hopes that this burden on there hearts will be lessened. You are now in his loving arms. So long  Sweetheart.

Sandy was such a nice guy.  Gone way too soon. He loved his family to the fullest and was always there to help in any way he could. Beth, I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Sandy's passing.  Praying  for peace and comfort for you and the whole family.  RIP Sandy. 🙏 ❤️
