Born February 11, 1965 in Torrance, California, he was the son of Mike and Sandra (De’Jarnett) Robison. He married Rebecca Fay “Becky” Berry on February 17, 1990 in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Sandra Robison of East Peoria; one daughter, Katrina (Jonathan) Spear of Bourbonnais; one son, Charles (Chelsea) Robison of North Pekin; three grandchildren, Lily Spear, Jack Spear and Sophia Sagram; six brothers, Tom (Luann) Pierce of Pekin, David (Paula) Pierce of Bloomington, Mark (Mary Ann) Pierce of Oregon, Kenny (Christy) Robison of Pekin, Michael “Skeeter” Robison of Iowa and Ronnie (Natalie) Rhoden of Florida; two sisters, Michelle Robison of Iowa and Brenda (Tim) Rodgers of Florida and two half-sisters, Stacey Staigerwald and Debby Ganas, both of Florida. He also leaves his birth father, Ron Rhoden of Pekin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mike Robison and one daughter, Ashley Sagram.
Steven always had a heart for helping seniors and worked at Hallmark House Nursing Center in Pekin for 13 years; then Ecolab for nearly 15 years and ended his working career at the Grand Victorian opened in Pekin and Washington.
He enjoyed camping and motorcycles. He was family oriented. Relationships were important to him. He especially enjoyed keeping in contact with family and old friends. Steven will be remembered for being hardworking. He was a jack-of-all trades and a true Mr. Fix-it.
He attended Pentecostals of Peoria.
His memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Pentecostals of Peoria. Pastor Jason Grant will officiate. A visitation will then be held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Pentecostals of Peoria. Guidelines regarding social distancing and masks will be followed. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
