Susan Ladonna Lawson

Born December 28, 1958 in Kennett, Missouri to Billy Wayne and Pauline Naomi (Lasswell) Reagan, she married William Robert Alsbury in 1975. She later married Michael D. Lawson on February 27, 1998 in Pekin. He died June 18, 2006 in Fulton County. She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Reagan and Gregory Reagan.

Surviving are one son, Harley (Michelle) Alsbury of Pekin; several nieces and nephews, Steve Reagan of Pekin, Vanessa Padgett of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Teresa Reagan of Pekin, Bill (Chrissi) Reagan of Farmington, Michael Reagan and Tabitha (Brandon) Snyder, both of Peoria and many great nieces and nephews.

Susan worked many years for Premier Cleaners inside Diamond Star Motors in Bloomington.

She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed working puzzles and playing hidden object games. She also enjoyed going play to Bingo and to sing Karaoke.

Her graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. The Rev. Lauren Padgett will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2022 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
