Born January 6, 1965 in Peoria, he was the son of Larry R. and Paula Nan (Heitzman) Fels. His mother preceded him in death on June 24, 2019.
Surviving are his father, Larry Fels, of Pekin and his companion, Mary Jo Alessi and her family, also of Pekin. Several cousins also survive.
Todd formerly worked at Pekin Machine for his grandfather and also at his mother’s store in Bartonville, Fels 4 Seasons.
Todd was always personable and loved sports. He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cubs.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
His graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 17, 2023 at The Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. Pastor Judy Doyle will officiate. There will be no visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
