Todd A Phillips

He was born on October 21, 1964 in Peoria to Donald and Doris (Severns) Phillips. His father preceded him in death.   

Surviving are his mother, Doris Phillips of Germantown Hills; two sons, Toby (Andrea) Phillips of Germantown Hills, Mills Johnson of East Peoria; one daughter, Madalyn Phillips of East Peoria; four grandchildren, Beckham Phillips, Gunnar Phillips, Tobias Phillips and Colton Phillips; one brother, Troy (Leona) Phillips of Pekin and his significant other Hillary Johnson of East Peoria.

Todd worked construction and as a laborer for most of his life. He spent a majority of his time roofing.

He enjoyed listening to music and nature. He especially enjoyed spending time with family and most of all his kids. He will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life gathering will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday October 28, 2020 at Oz’z Bar, 216 Marquette St, Creve Coeur, IL 61610. Guidelines regarding social distancing will be followed.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral costs.
