                Beyond The Stars

I feel the warmth upon my face as I enter the land of God's good grace,
Friends and loved ones gone before, waiting here beyond the door.
With open arms they welcome me, amazement in my eyes they see.
They look so well and at their best, beauty beholds them now they rest.

I walk across the grass so green, the greenest grass I've ever seen,
I jump and skip and bounce on air, it's almost like there's nothing there.
A sky of blue, not a cloud in sight, perpetual day no darkest night.
Every flower is in full bloom, undefined colours of every hue.

The streams and rivers crystal clear, no rubbish or decay found here.
The sea is calm and turquoise blue, I long to test it, wouldn't you?
The softest sand beneath my feet, at the waters edge where they both meet.
The warmest waters gently flow, bathing me from head to toe.

A city built of alabaster walls, where translucent light eliminates the halls.
Theatres of music and concerts too, magnificent galleries for all to view.
Amazing sights for me to see, I just wander in, there's no entrance fee.
Libraries stacked with books galore, history, science and many more.

The celestial sun does forever shine, it's a perfect temperature all the time.
Orchards here overflow with fruit, a taste in itself that is quite exquisite.
I'm told it will help my soul to restore, pick what I like, there is plenty more.
This ethereal plain is a pure delight, it's my new home, my God given right.

There is nothing here to cause me fear, the lord protects within his sphere.
An infinity of perfect peace, from the toils of earth I am now released.
I have landed on a higher realm, in perfect harmony to forever dwell.
So believe when I tell you my dear friends, you cannot die, life never ends.

I wanted to tell you and your family that are prayers are with you.  Travis was always a good kid when he was at our house.  He treated our daughter with the most respect and that says alot now a days. So sorry for your loss.

Jim sorry to hear about Travis.I would of said something Saturday,but didn't hear about this untill you left.Very sorry to hear God Bless.

I am a friend of Jim's, and my daughter Lainee and Travis are friends. I just wanted to say to his parents, grand-parents, aunts and uncles and cousins how very sorry our family is for your loss. I met Travis a couple of times and he was quiet, but had a large presence about him! My daughter and the rest of her friends find it hard to believe that someone so strong could have something this tragic happen to him! Looking in from the outside I can say that I honestly do believe he is in a better place, but I don't feel that is something that will comfort any of you. I am sure you feel that the best place for Travis is right here with you! If there was something I could say to make it hurt less, I would. Just know that you can be very proud that you did a wonderful job of raising a very respectful, brave and strong young man that will be sorely missed by all of his friends and never forgotten! 

Sorry for your loss.  I worked with him for a short time.  Thought he was a pretty nice guy.

I am so sorry and so very sad to learn of Travis' sudden passing. He was a wonderful student- he was a quiet, gentle soul. Travis seemed to smile so easily. 
My deepest sympathy to Travis' family and loved ones. May each of you receive comfort and reassurance from our Lord.

Jim, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family will be in our prayers.

Travis was such an incredible young man. His god given ability to work on, & fix every thing he could get his hands on, definitely reminds me of his dad.
   Travis had a free spirit,& a willingness to attempt a seemingly impossible task, that most people would never even consider, with a sense of style & ease, that definitely reminds me of his mother.
    Travis was his own man. Realizing his own potential, & going in his own direction.Hoping to take a few friends along with him, on his incredible journey of life, only to find that most young men did not have the drive & courage that Travis embraced.
    I love my nephew Travis, he will be missed by people who's lives he touched.As i have always Believed in God,i know that Trav is on to bigger & better things. I know with out a question, he now is wrapped in the arms of his loving grandpa Harley, his uncle, and our lord God.
    To all that loved Travis, have comfort in your heart, knowing that Travis is in a good place.

I was so sorry to hear about Travis,I can't imagine what you are going through, but our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We have been thinking of you since we heard about the accident and praying for Travis and you and all of your family.Travis was a friend of my grandaughters,and they always had good things to say about him. I recall Travis as a very sweet student with blonde hair and blue eyes who was always smiling and never caused any trouble! I am so very so for your loss.  Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you.

  Jim,I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved son, Travis.I heard of your loss post funeral and I regret not knowing with intentions to attend his funeral.I was praying for him he would pull through from this tragic accident. Words can't express the sorrow you must be enduring and will be,due to the loss of your handsome young son.His death was untimely, and life isn't fair.I feel God has a special plan for everyone and God needed him more at this time.I know you will always have a whole in your heart forever.Through your sorrow, keep his memory alive and be a strong advocate for motorcycle riders as you already are.Please don't hesitate to ask for help to get you through this difficult time. If you need a meal or even someone to talk to please come and see your friend, neighbor, and nurse Tracey.

May he walk with the angels and watch out for us here on earth. He will always be remembered in our hearts.
