

Born April 24, 1943 in Obion County, Tennessee to James Presley and Ludie Bell (Jerden) Orr, she married Archie Neal Ford on July 22, 1983 in Chicago. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Sharon L. (Patrick) Quinn of Schiller Park and Donna K. Lewandowski of Pekin; six grandchildren, Tanya (Vinny) Giovenco of St. Charles, Michael Orlando of Wood Dale, Kelly Orlando of Schaumburg, Tina Lewandowski of Palos Hills, Tara Lewandowski and Tabatha Lewandowski, both of Pekin; three great-grandchildren, Isabella Giovenco, Chenzo Giovenco and Junior Lewandowski; three sisters, Jane Carver of Dresden, Tennessee, Brenda Power and Kathy Owens, both of Pekin and one brother, Bobby (Sandy) Orr of Chicago. She also leaves three step-children, Randy (Retta) Ford of Lynchburg, Tennessee, Dennis (Cathy) Ford of Corbin, Kentucky and Kathleen (Al) Gruber of Avon, Indiana; five step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Joe Raymond Orr.
Louise worked as a waitress for many years and also worked home care.
Her obsession was cleaning and watching after her grandchildren. Louise was very family oriented.
Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 2009at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2009at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
