

Born August 12, 1952, in Pekin to John and Ellamae (Landrith) Lee, he married Janet Reeise on July 22, 1988, in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are their three children, Tina (Gary) Horrie of Danvers, Dennis (Rachel) Jordan of Murphysboro, Tennessee and Hollie (Mike) Jordan of Pekin; 21 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Lydia Lasley and Christy (Jerry) Gray, both of Pekin; one brother, John (Melissa) Dago of Green Valley; one daughter-in-law, Cherie Jordan; three sisters-in-law, Diana Lee, Bonnie Tassart and Diane (Mark) Himes and two brothers-in-law, Louie (Becky) Reeise and Paul (Connie) Helmig.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Jennifer Lee; two sons, Kevin Jordan and Jason Jordan; one granddaughter, Shelby Jordan; one brother, Bennie Lee and three brothers-in-law, Jerry Tassart, Bob Watson and William Lasley.
Bill had worked as a Machinist at Caterpillar Inc. for 42 years to the day.
He enjoyed watching NASCAR and working on cars. His family says that if something had a gas engine – he could fix it. If he couldn’t fix it – no one could.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Paul Helmig will officiate.
