Betty "Beba" Foshee died at Grandview Medical Center on December 4, 2017 in Birmingham, AL. She was 86. Mrs. Foshee was born on October 25, 1931 in Brookside, AL to her parents Visel & Mary Olsofski, she was the youngest of 9 children. She graduated from Phillips High School. She married John Foshee on May 26, 1956. Visitation services will be from 11 am to 12 pm on December 7, 2017 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Cemetery. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM in the chapel. Mrs. Foshee is survived by her husband, John Foshee of Birmingham, AL; son, Barry Foshee of Birmingham, AL; grandson, Caleb (Merissa) Foshee of Lincoln, AL; brother, Matt Olsofski of Irondale, AL; caregiver, Kathy Dominque of Leeds, AL; caregiver, Cheryl Duke of Leeds, AL; a number of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Visel & Mary Olsofski; sisters: Marie, Margaret, Catherine, Helene; brothers: Bill, George, and John Carl. Pallbearers will be Caleb Foshee, Tommy Dominque, Matt Lucas, Stephen Voss, Greg Israel, Darren Edick.
