TWEEDY, BONNIE MARLENE DAVENPORT, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away August 25, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Capt. James T. Tweedy, Jr., USAF-RET, of Helena, AL; son, James Aaron Tweedy and his wife Mary of Pelham, AL; grandsons, James Alexander Tweedy and Patrick Michael Tweedy of Pelham; brother, Hyler Davenport and his wife Carol of Leoma, TN; sisters, Helen Campbell and her husband Harry of Lawrenceburg, TN, Shirley Davenport of Lawrenceburg, and Connie Cooley and her husband Glen of Haleyville, AL; and several nieces and nephews. Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, Eva and Sterling Davenport, and a daughter, Elizabeth Cheryl Tweedy. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL, followed by the 11 a.m. service in Southern Heritage Chapel. Burial, Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham.
