Clayton Eugene Harris, age 63, of Birmingham, AL passed away on May 11, 2020. He was a hard working man with a golden heart that would give you anything in his possession and more. All he ever asked for in return was to be loved and accepted. He made a career as a master Irrigation/Landscape Technician for forty-five plus years. Eugene loved spending time fishing and being with his family. He was a diehard Auburn Football fan that never missed pulling for his team. He is preceded in death by his father Hartselle Harris and his grandson Kaden Free Harris. Eugene leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Elizabeth Harris, the mother of his children Deborah McSherdon(Randy Hampton Mcsherdon); children, Tonya Marie Harris (Ellis Dunlap), Kasey Free Harris (Emily Michelle), and Kerry Lynn Harris; grandchildren, Deborah Marie Harris, Summer Alexis Hopper, Joseph Alexander Hopper, and Sydneé Nikole Harris, great-grandchild, Aubrey Marie Harris; sisters, Virginia Sue Hope and Sandra Darlene Santorelli; brother, Shelley James Harris. The family will have a celebration of his life at a later date.
