Connie Linda Allen Mori

Connie Linda dedicated her career to serving as the Director of Personnel at The University of Montevallo, where she made a lasting impact through her work.

She found joy in shopping, socializing, traveling, volunteering, spending time with her family, and sharing stories of her grandsons.

Connie Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Velma Daisybelle Peacock; father, Albert Peacock; husband, William Guido Mori; and sisters, Dora Annette Clements and Lucinda Peacock.

She leaves behind cherished memories with her loved ones, including her children, Cheri Allen Elliott, Son-in-law-Chris and James Barry Allen, Daughter-in-law-Rebecca; grandchildren, Connor Andrew Robinson and Kian Samuel James Allen; and brother, Albert Ray Peacock. She also had a special bond with James Roy Allen, her ex-husband and extremely dear friend.

A visitation will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home on February 16th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. A family service and burial will take place at Alabama National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Sav-A-Life; the charity she felt passionate about and where she also spent time volunteering.
