Dan's career and passion later turned to research following his father’s battle with brain cancer. Dan's work allowed him the opportunity to travel the world with Sue. Some of their favorite destinations were Japan, Argentina, Switzerland and France.
Dan retired as VP of Oncology and Toxicology after 31 years. He enjoyed spending his retirement gardening, relaxing at Lay Lake, and spending time with family, friends and pets.
Dan was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Sue Griswold; parents, Daniel Griswold and Stella Griswold; and sister, Marie Wade.
