Douglas Marion McRoy

Douglas Marion McRoy passed away quietly in his home after recent visits with his closest friends and family. He grew up in Homewood, AL and spent many summers with family in Meridian, MS. Doug was a long-term resident of Pelham, AL. He owned and operated a successful heating and air business for over 50 years. Doug is survived by his daughters, Katrena and Jennifer.

Douglas enjoyed sharing good movies, music and fishing with his daughters and their families. Katrena M. Smith, her husband David R. Smith and their children: Regan, Joshua and Morgan, will miss their Pawpaw. Jennifer L. M. Barnett her husband M. Shane Barnett, their son Mabry will remember great times on the water.

Douglas is also survived by his brothers, Wallace McRoy, Woods McRoy and Clifton McRoy.
