He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on January 29, 1961 to Theodore and Rose Marie Ludvik. Mr. Ludvik received his BS in Electrical Engineering from UAB. He married his high school sweetheart, Laurie Moore, and together they had two sons. Mr. Ludvik was a member of Anglican Church of the Holy Comforter in Montevallo, Alabama where he taught children’s Sunday school for a number of years.
Preceding him in death are his father, Theodore Ludvik; and his uncle, Frank Ludvik.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 38 years, Laurie Moore Ludvik; his two sons, Dr. Nicholas Ludvik and his wife Ale’; and Daniel Alexander Ludvik; one granddaughter, Lexie Ludvik; his mother, Rose Marie Renda Ludvik; his brother, Theodore J. Ludvik (Trina); nieces, Madison and McKenzie Ludvik; grandparents, Michael and Frances Renda; and Frank and Jestine Ludvik; aunt, Bonnie Ludvik; and mother-in-law, Suellen Moore.
There will be a Requiem Mass held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 10:00 am at Anglican Church of the Holy Comforter 135 Ashville Cir. Montevallo, AL 35115. Rev Shannon Clark officiating. Masks are preferred.
