Frances Kitakis Karagas

She is preceded in death by her first husband, John Alexander Karagas, and second husband, Bill Galanis. She is also preceded by her sister, Katherine Hadzigeorge; brother, George Kitakis; and brother-in-law, George Chiotakis. Waiting for her in heaven are her late son, Kerry Alexander Karagas, and her precious granddaughter, Francine Ann Karagas.

Frances is survived by her four other children, Celeste Ann Underwood (Dan), Mark Allen Karagas, John Anthony Karagas (Leigh), and James Andrew Karagas (Laurie); and her daughter-in-law, Ginger Konomos Karagas. She is also survived by her two step-sons, Tom and Michael Galanis. She leaves behind nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved brother and sister, Jim Kovakas (Penny) and Irene Chiotakis, and many dearly loved nephews and nieces.

Frances was a devoted Greek Orthodox Christian, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be missed by all who had the chance to know her.
