Frank always had a big warm smile to everyone he met, hard worker, well respected in the industry and so very proud of his kids. My prayers for peace and comfort are with his family and many friends during this tough time. Frank will be missed.

Dear family Laughlin, friends and colleagues,

It struck me like lightning hearing that Frank left us far too early, and I wil pray for you bearing this loss. Since I do not have the possibility to attend today, I would like to testify of my working period with Frank. I got to know him during tradeshows and in the company MPS, and remember him as a honest, straight and professional person with a great ambition to give his best. I appreciated his phone consultations and his view on life and work. May you find comfort knowing that he left a lot of people impressed by his character and spirit. He will not be forgotten, it was a pleasure working with him. May he find his final resting please in the comfort of our lord. God Bless you all.

I found Frank a funny, but above all very nice and sincere man.
May fond memories like this picture taken in 2018 during Label Expo Chicago, bring you comfort during this hard time.

I met Frank many years ago when I would come down to Birmingham for press OK's. Frank was one of the kindest, most honest, good people I've ever met. He always talked so fondly about his children and their accomplishments. We communicated via text and calls the last few years but I always left the conversations missing Frank. My deepest condolences to the family, I really just wanted you all to know what an impact Frank had on me.

I got to know Frank only since the beginning of this year. A very nice man, who was always willing to help and share his extraordinary deep knowledge of the label industry. Great to be around with him. A good man who will be missed dearly.
My sympathies and strengths to the family and friends of Frank in these difficult times.

I met Frank just about 1,5 year ago for the first time, so we didn't got much time together.
But in this short period I saw Frank as a honest, interested and dedicated colleague. We had some good conversations and I wish we could have had more of these.
My prayers are with the family, all the best in this difficult period.
Frank, God bless you!
Hans
