Gary Stewart

October 4, 1935 – April 24, 2018

Gary L. Stewart passed, age 82 of Pell City, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.

Gary served one tour in Korea, three in Vietnam with the United States Army. He was a exemplary soldier, attaining the rank of Master Sargent.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Blanche Stewart.

He is survived by his wife, Winnie Kate Stewart; daughters, Karen (George) Stuhl, Rugenia (Ralph) Clark, and Patricia McConnell; sisters, Diane Sibert and Kaye Bestal; and grandchildren, Lori Green, Vic McConnell, Stacy Gowers, Brandon Gowers, and Christopher Dickinson.

Friends and family are invited to the celebration of Gary’s life at 1:30pm on Monday, April 30 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home.
