Gavin was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed coaching and watching his sons, Mack and Cannon, play the sports they love. Gavin was also a loyal Mississippi State football fan.
Most of all, Gavin was an overcomer who daily sought to live by his favorite Bible verses, Romans 5:1-5. His presence in our families, our community, and his business will be deeply missed. His journey to wellness has been an example of perseverance and resiliency, and will be the legacy that continues through the lives of Mack and Cannon.
The recent outpouring of love and support for Gavin's family is a clear testament to his generosity and kindness, and is greatly appreciated.
Gavin was preceded in death by his father, Bob Breazeale, and one brother, Mack Breazeale, both of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Survivors include Gavin's wife, Jennifer Breazeale of Chelsea; his two sons, Mack Breazeale and Cannon Breazeale, both of Chelsea; parents, Tim and Geryl "Geege" Herrington of Birmingham, Alabama; sister, Anna Lynn Herrington of Birmingham; brother, Robert "Cowboy Bob" Breazeale of Baton Rouge; mother- and father-in-law, Denese and David Wood of Gulf Shores, Alabama; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, employees of ATG, and very dear friends.
Gavin's Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the Greystone Campus of Church of the Highlands.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Gavin Breazeale's memory to the Turning Point Foundation, 1881 County Road 627, Thorsby, AL 35171.
