Jeanette Elizabeth Allen Miranda

Mrs. Miranda worked for a number of years for the Social Security Administration. She was currently residing at The Oaks on Parkwood, where she had made many meaningful friendships. Even at her advanced age, she loved playing games, especially bingo and dominoes. She also enjoyed watching football, especially Auburn University games. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Mrs. Miranda was preceded in death by her husband, Sam C. Miranda, and her youngest son, John Michael Miranda.

Survivors include Mrs. Miranda’s son, Charles Miranda (Carol Jean); five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Due to current health restrictions, private graveside services will be held Friday, April 17, 2020 at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham. Father John Fallon will officiate.
