Jeanette was predeceased by her husband, John Lee Wilson, Jr.; one grandson, Jonathan Vande Lune; four sisters, Virginia Kling, Geraldine Murphree, Jewell Hopkins, and Faye Merritt; and five brothers, James Barker, Charles Eugene Barker, Raybourn Barker, Tommy Barker, and Jerome Barker.
Survivors include Jeanette's daughter, Shelia Vande Lune (Kelley); son, Barry Wilson (Jennifer); three grandchildren, Patrick Vande Lune (Emily), Connor Wilson, and Olivia Wilson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL, immediately followed by the 3 p.m. graveside service at Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham. Rev. Jim Houston will officiate.
