Johnny is my older cousin, a loving man, a man I dearly love. After Johnny, I am the second oldest member of our family that hails from Birmingham. I looked up to him in grade school at Blessed Sacrament School in Birmingham, and visited him often throughout his life. He was a very devout Catholic and a Marine proud of his service, following in the footsteps of our Uncle Jack Graves of Jacksonville, Florida. Johny grieved when his wife Joan died several years back, and he leaves two devoted sons, Scotty and Johnny, Jr. He will be much in my prayers and Masses, as I am a priest in Arkansas. Johnny, we will miss you dearly; save us a place in Heaven with the other deceased
members of our family.
