Julia Marie Green, 32, of Sterrett, AL passed away July 11, 2013. She was a Chelsea High School graduate. Julia was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Verne Green. Survivors include her mother, Janet Sue Green; sister, Dawn Green (Jason Simmons); brother, Phillip Charles Green (Joana); one grandmother; and many cousins and close friends. Julia is also survived by her babies, her dogs Bella, Cloe, and Monkey. The Celebration of Julia's Life will be at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL, immediately followed by a reception at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Shelby County Humane Society.
