Marilynn R. Spinosi-Tkacik, 78 of Pelham, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015. Marilynn was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. She attended Marshall University and was a Sigma Kappa Sorority Sister. Mrs. Spinosi-Tkacik taught English as a Second Language (ESL) through St. Peter’s Catholic Church. She was a past member of the Welcome Wagon.
Mrs. Spinosi-Tkacik is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Minnie Rodriguez; son, Michael Andrew Spinosi; and by her first husband, Michael Marino Spinosi. She is survived by her husband, David Tkacik; son, Timothy D. Spinosi; daughter, Amy Spinosi Mendez; brothers, Tomas Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez; and grandchildren, Michael Alec Spinosi, Michael Mendez and Andrea Mendez.
The funeral mass for Marilynn will be at 11am on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10am.
