On November 2nd, 1984, Michael Benjamin Bridell barreled into this world. He was the descendant of Knights, of Kings, and of Conquerors. Honor, courage, and loyalty were his paramount of virtues. He was silver-tongued and strong; he served at the pleasure of the people of Birmingham without end.
He was a historian and a warrior; both participant and combatant throughout time. As a gentleman, he enjoyed the richness of a fine whiskey and pungent cigars.
Michael was a kind and loving person. He was fiercely loyal to his friends and family. Michael never met a stranger and could light up any room he walked into.
As a husband, there were no limits to his love. His love and devotion to his adoring wife was evident in every spoken word, every action, and every tender touch. He was her best friend and her rock; their love for each other transcended time and space. They were soul mates. Their love inundated every fiber of their being and inspired others to live and love as unselfishly and passionately without fear.
It is Michael’s sincerest desire that you indulge in what you love and commit the smallest act of abandon in his name.
