

Bo attended LSU and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA in the late 1940's and early 50's. Shortly after college, he joined the U.S. Army and married his college sweetheart, Ginny, on September 4, 1951. He served his country in Korea, Japan, and Vietnam, retiring as a Major in 1975.
After managing a Radio Shack store in downtown Birmingham, AL, Bo worked as a salesman for Lynn Strickland Tire Company until 2004. In retirement, he enjoyed traveling and square dancing with Ginny, and loving on his kids and grandkids. He is already missed.
Bo was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Foy Justiss and Neva Doss Justiss of El Dorado, and one granddaughter, Rebekah Lynn Justiss of Hayden, AL.
Survivors include Bo's wife, the former Virginia Lou Ingram; two sons, Robert Earl "Bob" Justiss and Gary William Justiss (Jennifer); grandchildren, Aaron Emerson Justiss, Nathaniel Beau Justiss, Virginia Kate Baggett, Meredith Anne Rhodes, Rachel Elizabeth Justiss, Conor Quin Curry, Hanna Kate Curry, Ethan Samuel Curry, and Willa Eliza Justiss; and great-grandchildren, Finn Justiss, Thomas Justiss, Henry Justiss, Louisa Dean Rhodes, Alyssa Bailey, and Hannah Baggett.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL. Also on Thursday, the funeral will be at 2 p.m. at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
